CIP LYE: High Alkali Non-Foaming Detergent

BlondChem Limited's CIP LYE (Caustic 48%) is a high-alkali, non-foaming detergent expertly formulated for automated Clean-In-Place (CIP) circuits and heavy-duty industrial degreasing.

Application & Operating Conditions:

• Recommended Dosage: 0.7 - 4% w/v.
• Operating Temperature: 60°C - 80°C.
• Note: Optimal conditions for specific applications should be established through trial runs.

Safety Measures & Handling Requirements:

• Hazard Rating: Highly Alkaline and Corrosive.
• Handling Gear: Wear safety goggles, plastic or rubber gloves, rubber boots, and a protective plastic apron or overall.
• Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children. DO NOT mix with other chemicals.

First Aid & Emergency Procedures:

• Skin Contact: Immediately flush with copious amounts of water. Remove contaminated clothing promptly.
• Eye Contact: Immediately flush with copious amounts of water for at least 15 minutes. Seek immediate medical advice.
• Ingestion: Seek immediate medical attention. Do not induce vomiting.
• Spillage Treatment: Rinse spillage area with copious amounts of water. Citric acid solution may be used to neutralize remaining residue.
